RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

What is Mammabee.com Return & Refund policy?

Return of items within 7 calendar days from date of item received by Buyer.  

  • Coverage of return policy: 7 calendar days from receiving item.
  • Change of mind: Not available.
  • Seller Verification: Required and must be completed within 2 working days.
  • Seller Notification:  Required and must acknowledge all return request and process through Mammabee Marketplace.

 

What is the requirements for a valid return?

  • Proof of purchase (order number, tax invoice, etc)
  • Bank details in Return Form if original payment is made via online.  Amount will be credited back into buyer account as store credit in a form of voucher for next purchase.
  • Include printed Return Form and Tax Invoice in each return package box
  • Reason for return must be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)

 

Return reasons:

  • Damage: Return must be complete (free gifts, accessories, original packaging), new condition and with tags & labels attached.
  • Defective: Return must be complete (free gifts, accessories, original packaging), not damaged and with tags & labels attached.
  • Not as advertised: Return must be new condition, sealed condition, complete (free gifts, accessories, original packaging), new condition and with tags & labels attached.
  • Wrong item delivered: Return must be new condition, sealed condition, complete (free gifts, accessories, original packaging), new condition and with tags & labels attached.
  • Missing parts / items: Return must be new condition, not damaged and with tags & labels attached.
  • Failed to deliver within a specified date: Return must be new condition, sealed condition, complete (free gifts, accessories, original packaging), new condition and with tags & labels attached.

 

Note: In the unlikely event that return does not meet requirement(s), Mammabee Customer Service will notify buyer and return goods will be sent back to buyer.  In this instance, return courier/postal fee will be borne by buyer.  Seller MUST inform Mammabee.

 

 

Can return be done after the return policy coverage days?

Goods cannot be returned after 7 calendar days. After this period, if the item is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, buyer should contact the manufacturer directly for assistance and return. Information of warranty centre and contact information found on the warranty card in the package.  This information must be clearly provided by Seller.

 

Tracking of return status?

Track return status using the tracking number provided to Seller by assigned logistics partner.  Seller must provide tracking number and details for every transaction.

 

How long is the quality evaluation process?

Replacement/ Refund process only begins after Seller have completed evaluating your returned item. This quality evaluation process must be done within 2 working days from the day goods is received.  

 

Where are good returned to?

If item meets all the requirement, Seller must provide Buyer the return details including address and tracking number.

 

Once item has been returned by Buyer - How soon will Buyer receive refund?

Refund process begins after Seller has completed evaluating the returned product. This quality evaluation process must be completed within 2 working days from the day goods is received.  Seller must acknowledge the return to Mammabee.  Refund will take up to 14 working days.

 

How long does it take to replace my item?

Replacement process begins after evaluation of returned product is completed. This quality evaluation process must be completed within 2 working days from items received.  Seller must acknowledge and co-ordinate the replacement with Mammabee.   Email notification will be sent to Buyer once completed.   Replacement MUST be completed within 5 to 15 days.

 

How do Buyer know if replacement has been processed?

Buyer to receive an email notification from Mammabee stating that replacement is under processing.  Buyer will also be given a new order or reference number.   Seller must co-ordinate with Mammabee to ensure replacement is being processed within the policy.

 

What if buyer gave the wrong address for the order?

You need to inform us immediately via email support@mammabee.com .  Any return goods due to incorrect delivery address, buyer will have to be responsible for the shipping cost incurred.

 

What if buyer is not at home when the Goods are delivered to the delivery address?

In the event buyer is not reachable by the carrier after various attempts defined by the carrier, goods will be returned to the seller and buyer will have to be responsible for the shipping cost incurred.
